Recently visited Le Palais and had a great experience being shown around. The complex offers all the amenities most new luxury properties have to offer as well as an ideal location by the River Oaks shopping center. Floorplans are well thought out and al the finishes create a classy French themed environment. Really can’t think of anything I don’t like about the place!
I recently signed a lease at Le Palais. The whole process and communication with leasing team was easy. The apartments have great finishes, and it’s in a great location. I will recommend this complex to friends that are looking to move!

Lived here for almost a year and the apartment is great! Staff is friendly and always attentive, security is very good, and great quality apartments. You also can't beat the location, so close to the Buffalo Bayou and River Oaks Shopping Center.
