Great Place to Call Home
We have lived at Le Palais for two years now and what an amazing place to call home. Manuel and the staff here at Le Palais ... are great, Manuel goes above and beyond to make this place amazing. He is always there to help and make sure the property is on point at all times. Manuel is what makes this place great and I do hope Le Palais realize what an amazing part of the team he is. I've been living at Le Palais apartment for 2 months now and everything seems great to me. The people who work here are really ... helpful to me whenever I have questions about the apartment. Very quiet, clean, and comes with luxury amenities. The maintenance department is fast and gets things done right away whenever I have issues with my unit. I'm especially in love with the neighborhood around this apartment since Kroger, Walgreen, USPS across the street from the apartment and there are a lot of bars and restaurants around this neighborhood. Recently visited Le Palais and had a great experience being shown around. The complex offers all the amenities most new luxury properties have to offer as well as an ideal location by the River Oaks shopping center. Floorplans are well thought out and al the finishes create a classy French themed environment. Really can’t think of anything I don’t like about the place!
I recently signed a lease at Le Palais. The whole process and communication with leasing team was easy. The apartments have great finishes, and it’s in a great location. I will recommend this complex to friends that are looking to move!
Exceptionally courteous and professional!
Lived here for almost a year and the apartment is great! Staff is friendly and always attentive, security is very good, and great quality apartments. You also can't beat the location, so close to the Buffalo Bayou and River Oaks Shopping Center.
